How can I order circulee devices?

You can simply use the online shop to order your devices. If you would like some advice on what would be the best solution for your team, please reach out using the online form here and a member of our team will be in touch. In the meantime, feel free to browse the online shop for inspiration.

Does circulee deliver everywhere in Europe?

We focus on Germany, but please do reach out to us using the online form here and we will see what we can do depending on your location! Unless you live on a remote island, this is usually not a problem.

How long does the delivery take?

For delivery in Germany, standard delivery takes about 4 working days. Get in touch with us using the online form here if you need the devices faster and we will see what we can do!

Can circulee do express delivery if it's really urgent?

Can I change my circulee device after purchase?

The way our systems are set up currently, we immediately link available stock to your purchase during the transaction. However, we understand that sometimes, you only realise that you need something else after you've completed the purchase. Reach out to us using the online form here if you want to edit your order and we will work together to see what is the best solution we can find for your team!

Do I have to pay before the circulee devices arrive?

Yes, circulee works as a normal webshop, so you will have to complete the transaction online. If this is a problem for you, we can try and find the optimum solution if you reach out to us using the online form here.

What information do you need to place an order?

To have your team set up with circulee devices in no time, will need your contact details, your company details and shipping information (e.g. the business address). As we are not currently offering leasing, we do not need to perform any financial assessments of your business.

How can I make a complaint?

We certainly hope that your device is working fine and nothing has happened to it! With any support questions, please reach out directly using the online form here.

Should I pay a refurbishment fee?

No. circulee offers pre-owned devices that have undergone a detailed optical and technical check in our partner's technical centre, as well as quality control at our in-house fulfilment centre. Can I also lease the devices?

We do not offer leasing at the moment, as this poses some challenges when verifying the financial stability of small companies.

Can I join the circulee family even if I am not a business?

Our current service offering is focused on businesses to simplify the regulatory complexity that comes with offering both B2B and B2C services. However, get in touch or forward the circulee link to your employer and we will see what we can do to set you up with a shiny circulee device!

What quality are the devices?

Our devices are in great condition, with almost-new technical capabilities (most customers do not notice any problems), and almost no surface defects like scratches. circulee makes sure that all devices undergo detailed optical & technical checks, and certified data deletion in our partner's technical centre, as well as quality control at our in-house fulfilment centre. What is the source of circulee devices?

Most of our devices are corporately pre-owned, e.g. 1-2 years as a company phone of large firm, so they will have been in good hands before! Our partners perform extensive testing of the devices before sending it to our HQ for a final verification of quality. What happens to my personal data when I return the device?

We partner with one of Europe's best data deletion providers to make sure that your personal data is fully wiped from the device after use. This process uses the data deletion software Blancco, which is ISO-certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001:2015. Fun fact: this erasure process is also endorsed by the UK´s governmental cyber security body (NCSC).
